Aesop Rock has decided that he likes being on the road so much that he’s extending the current tour in support of his new album Skelethon.
Dark Time Sunshine will continue as opener and Rob Sonic and DJ Big Wiz will perform alongside him through the extended tour.
Tickets go on sale on August 3. Fans also have the option of buying limited edition 6″x20″ prints designed by artist/illustrator Alex Pardee along with his ZEROFRIENDS art & apparel brand by heading here. Proceeds will go towards replacing gear, laptops and hard drives that were stolen prior to what was scheduled to be the second show of the tour in San Francisco. The gig has been rescheduled to September 16 because of the theft.
The prints will be signed by both Aesop and Alex Pardee and cost $50 a piece and the sale will run until August 6 or while supplies last. Nearly 900 people came out to Aesop’s in-store appearence at Amoeba Music in San Francisco, showing just how much support he has from his fans.
