BLACK TAXI Share Tour Dates & Free MP3

NYC grit-pop quartet BLACK TAXI have shared the track ‘House On Fire’ via MTV Buzzworthy.

Recorded during their residency in Austin, Texas, this is the band’s first new music since their 2012 effort We Don’t Know Any Better. Give it a listen here.

Stream Lumerians’ ‘The High Frontier’ For Free

Psych-rockers Lumerians have shared the first single and title track from their forthcoming new EP The High Frontier, out August 6 on Partisan.

The band took the EP’s title from Gerard K. O’Neil‘s 1976 book of the same name about the colonization of space. They also announced a live date;

SoCal electro-pop quartet Y LUV are offering a free stream/download of their EP Take The Ride.

They first garnered attention thanks to their EP How Chill Can You Let Go. They sat atop Hype Machine‘s charts with Gazzo’s remix of their track ‘Never Touch The Ground’ and again with the track ‘Driftin”

The band is slated to play DJ sets at Bonnaroo and Glastonbury, dates TBA.


Joey Bada$$ Unveils Tour Dates, Offers Free MP3

Brooklyn rapper Joey Bada$$ has announced that he’s hitting the road with Wiz Khalifa this summer, including an extensive European tour.

He also unveiled a free stream/download of the track ‘Word Is Bond’ from his forthcoming mixtape Summer Knights, out on June 12. He expected to follow the mixtape with his debut album B4DA$$, release album TBA.
