Edgefest 2013 Announces Set Times

Edgefest, which takes place at Downsview Park in Toronto on July 31, has unveiled the start times for the bands slated to play.

Gates open at 11.

Edgefest Adds Yukon Blonde & An Electronic Music Tent To Line-up

If you’re heading to Downsview Park on July 14th for Edgefest 2012, you’re probably thinking the line-up can’t possibly can’t get any more jam-packed with everything to big name acts to bands that are just below the radar.

Well guess what? It just did with the addition of Yukon Blonde. The BC  rockers will be playing the second stage alongside The Balconies, Whale Tooth, my friends Indian Handcrafts and many more. The mainstage features a reunited Death From Above 1979, The Sheepdogs, headliners Billy Talent and more.

The festival, put on by Toronto modern rock station 102.1 The Edge, will also introduce an electronic music tent called ElectronicEdgefest. The tent will be set up similar to a club and feature a variety of up and coming DJs and Hip-Hop artists, including JFK of MSTRKRFT, The Stafford Brothers, Stereotronique and more.
