Download Trash Talk’s Tangle EP for Free


LA-via-San Francisco quartet Trash Talk have offered a free download of their Tangle EP, their first new music since 2014 release No Peace.

The five song release finds the band staying true to their hardcore roots while offering up a more accessible sound.

Busty and the Bass Announce Tour Dates

In addition to announcing the dates of their upcoming tour, Montreal’s Busty and the Bass have also shared a free download of their debut EP Glamout now on Indica Records.

After beating out hundreds of hopefuls in CBC Music’s Rock Your Campus competition, a search for the best college band in Canada, the nine-piece electrosoul/hip-hop collective have since gone on sell-out major music festivals including Toronto’s Canadian Music Week NxNE and a recent gig at the legendary Horseshoe Tavern.

Busty and the Bass recently played three sold-out shows at the Montreal Jazz Fest and opened for Wyclef Jean at Expo Quebec. For a taste of what to expect, check out the videos for ‘Tryna Find Myself’ and ‘Models’;

New York-via-LA rapper Leaf is a quintuple thread; she’s a songwriter, a producer, a director, an editor and she designs her own fashion line, MBM.

She’s shared a free stream of her Magnet Bitch EP, out now on Fool’s Gold Records and available for free download.

Videos for a Lazy Sunday: Wonderfeel’s Remix of Khatunaya’s ‘Lift Your Feet’

In addition to sharing the video for their remix of Khatunaya‘s ‘Lift Your Feet’, Wonderfeel have also shared a free stream/download of their Mixtopia EP.

The EP brings together four unique tracks with Wonderfeel’s natural, no synth soul sound. They transform Melbourne world music artists Khatunaya’s track ‘Lift Your Feet’ into a hypnotic funk exploration.  The band recorded each piece at their cave in Healesville in the mountains of SE Australia. The secretive band is deeply passionate about crafting music that awakens and soothes the primal soul.

Jeremih has shared the video for ‘She Know It’, featuring Chi Hoover, from his forthcoming mixtape Not on My Album. He’s slated to release his third album this fall on Def Jam, release date TBA.

Videos For a Lazy Sunday: Bryant Dope’s ‘Real is All I Know’

In addition to unveiling the video for ‘Real is All I Know’ from his Raw Dope EP, Bryant Dope is also sharing a free stream/download of it.Download the EP here or stream it below.

Dope is currently hard at work on his debut LP, out next year on Young One Records, release date TBA.

Queen’s producer and Dope’s DJ Marc R. handled most of the production with Elmont, NY’s A1 The Robot and France’s DELA also helming the boards. Dan Millice mixed the EP.

Dope grew up in Springfield Gardens, an area that’s close to million dollar homes, something that allows him to balance his streetwise message with raw soul. He’s currently finishing up as a business management major at SUNY.

“I’m trying to take Queens to the next level,” Dope said in a statement. “I’m trying to be the voice of the youth and inspire people. If I can do it, so can they.”

Springfield Gardens that spawned Nas, 50 Cent, and a Tribe Called Quest, all of whom have an influence on Dope’s music. He was originally linked with Hannibal King, who has worked with  Mac Miller, Casey Veggies, and Joey Bada$$.

“Right after we met, we decided to start working on songs. The first one he sent me was “Queens Kids,” Dope recalled. “We put the video out and people immediately started to see our vision.”
