Stream KWAYE’s ‘Lost In My Boots’ for Free

Kwaye had this to say about his track ‘Lost in my Boots’, streaming for free, “‘Lost in My Boots’ came to me at point where I was losing faith in my relationship, and fearing the worst. I placed myself in my partners shoes. I imagined the hurt, the betrayal, and the heartbreak they would feel if i was to end it all, and the strength and perseverance I believed they would have to get through it all. The song is also a lyrical ode to the African American experience, better days that have been promised and broken throughout history, plus the strength and excellence in spite of these adversities.”

He also offered a free stream of his Solar EP;

Videos for a Lazy Sunday: Sunni’s ‘Way You Talk About Me’

Dylan Knight, the director of the video for Sunni‘s ‘Way You Talk to Me’, had this to say about the clip in a statement; We wanted to play on the feeling of having something stuck in your head – whether it’s a melody, emotion, fixation – and how exploring those feelings can transport you to another place or state of mind. We decided to shoot on vintage Leica lenses with some soft filter assistance to get an in-camera, day-dreamy feel. It all came together organically, which is what I love about any creative process.”

The track can be found on Sunni’s Thierry Disko EP, streaming for free below;
