Purple Milk produced the video and Natalia Leite co-directed the video. It was shot near Mas Ysa’s , aka Thomas Arsenault, current home of Woodstock, NY. It shows a conflict-lated relationship being hashed out in a dark hockey arena.
Arsenault is a restless spirit, developing his music in Sao Paulo’s rave scene before working with avant-garde artists in Ohio and San Francisco before landing in Brooklyn where he adopted the Mas Ysa moniker. He produced albums for Cass McCombs and Laurel Halo in his loft studio.
He relocated to Woodstock in 2013 and began work on his Worth EP, a nine track effort that features bangers, ballads and experimental tracks. It also showcases his songwriting ability. Worth is out on February 4.
