Codeine Offers Limited-Edition Vinyl LP As Part Of Record Store Day

Codeine have announced that they will release an eight-song, limited-edition live vinyl EP titled What About The Lonely on Numero Group as part of Record Store Day 2013.

It will only be available on 150 gram vinyl and will be limited to 2000 copies.

The show was recorded while the band was on tour with Mazzy Star at Chicago’s Lounge Ax in 1993. The show was recorded by MTV’s “alt-rock” show 120 Minutes. The band is joined by Gastr Del Sol‘s David Grubbs for two songs. The release comes hot on the release of When I See The Sun, Numero Group’s comprehensive overview of their catalog.
